  1. FOR RICE : Heat oil in a non-stick add garlic & saute on a medium flame add chili flakes & onion and saute on medium flame for 1 mnt after add the capsicum and add corn on a medium flame for a few seconds.
    add the rice, tomato ketchup & salt. mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes while stirring occasionaly.
  2. For refried beans :
    heat oil on a non-stick pan add garlic & chili flakes & saute on medium flame add spring onion and saute for 1 mnt. add tomatoes mix well & cook for 2 mnts. mashing them slightly add tomato ketchup, rajma, chilli powder, salt and 1 ચમચી water mix well and cook
  3. For uncooked salsa:
    combine tomato, onion, salt mix well and mashing with back of spoon

    for hung curd:
    1 કપ hung curd put salt & lemon juice and black pepper

    Put rice in બાઉલ add refried beans layer than add hung curd layer and last layer will be uncooked salsa and serve with tortilla chips.
