  1. To make tortilla, in a big bowl mix together plain flour, corn flour, salt and oil. Now using hot water make a soft dough and kned well. Cover and rest the dough for one hour.
  2. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions. Take one portion of the dough and with the help of dry plain flour roll a big and thin circle.
  3. Roast tortilla on a big pan until pink specs appear. Prepare all the tortillas in the same way and cover in a kitchen towel so that it can stay soft.

  9. To assemble bean burrito, first take a tortilla and put some refried beans on top, now top it with salsa and sour cream. Add some cheese and top it with salad. Now roll it up.
  10. Roast this roll with butter on a nonstick pan or first the tortillas can be roasted in butter and then filled with the filling. Cut it on an angle to make two pieces and serve it hot with salsa and sour cream.
