After the flip, optionally, you may add Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and a few dashes of Cumin and Chili Powder. If the pan starts to get dry, add a bit of oil or cooking spray.
  6. To the pan of cooked Corned Beef Hash:
    Add most of the diced tomatoes (reserving a small amount for fresh garnish)
    Also return the cooked Chorizo and Sautéed Green Peppers. Mix together. Let simmer for a few minutes to allow flavors to blend
  7. In a Separate Pan melt butter or heat oil to fry eggs to desired doneness.
  8. Warm tortillas, then to each, add a 1c measuring cup of Chorizo meat/hash/pepper blend.
  9. To each meat filled tortilla, top with an egg. Optionally you may choose to sprinkle with shredded cheese, top with jalepenos and garnish with remainder of freshly diced tomatoes and/or a light spoon of sour cream
  10. If desired, Fold your tortilla around your meat and toppings to become a burrito wrap
  11. I served with Jalepeno Cheddar Pork Rinds on the side. Enjoy!
